Key Benefits
- Monthly Pension: Eligible beneficiaries receive ₹1,000 per month.
- Direct Payment: The amount is transferred directly to the pensioner’s bank account through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
Eligibility Criteria (2026)
- Disability Level: The applicant must have a certified disability of 40% or more.
- Residency: Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal for at least 10 years.
- Income Limit: The annual family income must not exceed ₹1,00,000 (some government updates have simplified or removed certain income hurdles for specific categories, but this remains the standard baseline).
- Exclusivity: The applicant must not be receiving any other government pension (Central or State).

- Submit Offline: Completed forms should be submitted at:
- Rural Areas: Office of the Block Development Officer (BDO).
- Municipal Areas: Office of the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO)
- Duare Sarkar: Applications are also accepted at Duare Sarkar camps held periodically across the state.
